For many years I have been called upon to assist some of the finest chefs and curators of food to present their wonderful dishes. Food photography takes a lot of patience and timing is of the essence to capture the optimal image. I have also been on the other side of the camera when I was lucky enough to win the Norwegian amateur cooking championship and had the honour of being invited to meet Paul Bocuse the world renowned chef at his restaurant in Lyon.
